Grading Description

Grade A - Like New / Mint condition

Grade B - OEM Screen , no cracks, Light Use, fully functional

Grade C - Cracked Glass / Good LCD,  or very bad Scratches 

Grade D  - Bad LCD, Touch Issues. Phone must be fully functional. Aftermarket Screen considered Grade D.

DOA - No Display, LCD is OUT 

Heavy Scratches or Heavy Wear is subject to additional deduction

Other Issues are subject to additional deduction.

Selling your devices to us is very simple. You have 2 options to sell your device to us:

1. Bring it to one of our store locations in Clovis or Bakersfield,. We require a valid ID to complete the bill of sale.

2. Get a free prepaid label from our website and ship the device to us. Once we receive the device, we will check and send you payment in 24-48 hours.

If you bring the device in our store, you will receive payment cash or through digital payment once we check the phone and complete the bill of sale. 

If you mail the phone to us, you will receive payment in 24-48 hours after receiving the product via bank, paypal, zelle or apple pay. We offer different payment options to make it more convenient for our customers to get paid immediately. 

Go to settings icon on your device, and scroll down to About. You should see the model number there as well as other info such as storage capacity, imei number and more. 

We have dedicated staff that work on updating our product range. Some older devices are not listed in our website because we no longer buy them. 
If the device you have is not on our website, please call or e-mail us and we will check if we can buy your device. 

You can easily find the IMEI number for iPhones by going to Settings, General, About and scrolling down. The IMEI number is also written on the sim card tray. 

For other models you can find the IMEI number by going to settings and then About.

For many smartphones the IMEI number found by going to the Telephone KeyPad.

1. Press * # 0 6 # on your keypad.
2.Press the Call button as if making a call.
3. Your IMEI number will be retrieved and displayed on your screen.

We do not purchase devices that are not obtained legally under any circumctances.

If any product or products turn out to have been reported lost or stolen,

we will not process payment or any compensation for the device(s) and return immediately at your own expense. 

3 Day Phone Back Promise :
If your device fails our testing (differs from what you have stated), we will contact you by email.
You will be given the option to accept the adjusted price, or have your device(s) returned.

There is no fee for the return of your product(s).
If we haven't heard from you after 3 days, we will continue to process the device at our tested price.

Nope, zero. We will supply you with a prepaid shipping label.  No payment required if you use choose to mail in the device to us.

Self Ship
Should you choose to use your own shipping service we strongly recommend our customers to acquire a tracking number and share it with us.

You will have the option to generate a free shipping label during your quote process online. There is no charge for this.

You also have the option to bring in the device in person in one of our locations in Clovis and Bakersfield. 

If you choose to mail in your device to us, please select your model and complete the sales order, you will then have a shipping label generated for you.

Please note that you also have the option to bring the device in person to one of our locations in Clovis and Bakersfield.

Please send your device(s) within 10 days of your online order.  Orders over 10 days will Expire.

We can only guarantee price if the device is shipped within 4 days of the label being generated. 

Expired order will need to be resubmitted
Simply login to My Account in the top corner and Add New Order.

When using our service, it should take approximately 1-3 working days to be delivered to us.
With remote regional areas shipments can take additional time.

Your payment is processed within 24-48hrs from the date we test and confirm your devices.
You will be notified by email, at each stage of the process from start to end.

Alternatively you are also able to get updates and payment status anytime by logging into your account online.

All the Apple devices sent to us need to be signed out of icloud. To do so go to setting and the sign our of your icloud account. 

You can also follow the steps below to sign out:

  • Log into www.icloud.com with your Apple ID and Password
  • Select this device from All Devices  drop down and select your device
  • Device pop up box will appear.
  • Click Remove from Account
  • confirm by clicking Remove
B: From another Apple device with same Apple ID (iOS 10.3 or later)

  • Tap Settings > [your name], then scroll down.
  • Tap any device name to view that device's information
  • Scroll down and Tap [ Remove from Account ]


All Android devices sent to us need to have no google account. To remove the google account, please follow the steps below:
  • Log into https://myaccount.google.com with your Google email address and password.
  • “Under Sign In & Security >” On left of screen - click on “Device Activity And Notifications”.
  • On the right of the screen click “Recent security events” and click on “REVIEW DEVICES”
  • You will now see all devices linked to your Google account.
  • Click on every single device which you want to remove (inc. the one mentioned above) and select REMOVE under account access.

In regards to your device we encourage you to reset it before shipping/arriving.  We will also do a device wipe when checking in and preparing our quote.
